Three standard plans.
Studio is for small teams starting with one brand, with the evaluation agents. Brand adds all eight agents, more seats, generous AI use, bulk data uploads and private data sources. House adds separate brand workspaces, multi-brand governance, dedicated support and process learning. Plans can be billed monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on the channel.

Every plan includes a free 1-on-1 onboarding and training session. Ongoing support depends on your plan — email on Studio, priority on Brand, and a dedicated customer success manager on House.
Are you ready for our security and vendor review?
Yes. We've passed Microsoft's independent verification to list on the Marketplace. We provide a standard pack — terms, DPA, sub-processor list, privacy, compliance and security policies — on request or via the listing. Enterprise procurement documents can be prepared on request.
Which buying route should we choose?
Buy directly from us for tailored scopes, pilots or custom contracts. Buy through Microsoft Marketplace if you want a single Microsoft invoice and existing vendor approval to carry over.
Is the price the same on both routes?
Yes — it's roughly equivalent for our standard plans; however, any non-standard or custom requirements are quoted depending on your exact requirements and channel.
Do we have to talk to you before buying?
No — the Marketplace route is fully self-serve. We do recommend a short call first to confirm the right plan, seat count and data setup before your trial starts.
What happens if we want to stop?
You can cancel any time during the 30-day trial and you won't be charged. After that, Marketplace purchases are refundable for 72 hours after the first paid charge, and direct purchases for 7 days.
